Systematic and innovative 9-step production process of WORLDRO.
Production Process
From Raw Material to Shipping, ensuring the highest quality at every step.
High-quality raw materials such as Bottle Flakes, Popcorn Chips, and Pellet Chips are prepared for recycled fiber production.
This system is to weigh and mix raw-material according to the set mixing ratio. The mixed material is accurately transferred by a blower or bucket elevator.
The highly efficient screw and dehumidifying dryer system provides outstanding efficiency and energy saving to remove moisture perfectly.
The raw material is melted and spun through the spinneret of the extruder. Both SOLID & HOLLOW fibers can be stably produced.
The spun fibers are cooled without tangling and collected into cans or bobbins with constant tension via Capstan and Nip rollers.
The winded thread is collected as tow, then stretched through rollers to increase strength and passed through a crimper for its unique crimp.
The drawn tow is set and dried through hot air or steam to stabilize the structure and solidify the final form of the fiber.
The cut fiber is accurately weighed and powerfully packed by a baler with low-noise operation and PLC control.
The final finished products, having passed strict quality inspections, are safely delivered to the customer's site.
